Business Development Manager (For a reputed IT Company)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Develop and grow the client base across industry sectors and across our services viz. digital marketing, website design & development, mobile app design & development, lead generation, e-commerce, social media, etc.
•Create a well- qualified pipeline of prospective opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers.
•Research, source, make initial contact and meet potential clients to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs.
•Closing sales orders and achievement of quarterly revenue targets Follow- up on leads generated by the company from other channels – Freelancers, GURU, TWAGO, 99 Designs, etc
•B2B Sales. Target large enterprises, demonstrate quick ride and get campaign approvals
•Identify market and its competitors to increase market visibility and its execution
•Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned Possess
•A strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Technical, our competition in the industry and positioning
•Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
•Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients, effectively prioritizing them, and then charting the sales approach
•Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
•Business development experience to develop a relationship with new clients
•Great understanding of all the digital marketing channels
•Exposure of dealing with clients from US/UK/Canada/Australia and other countries
•Can work on high targets and is able to achieve them without any issues
•Build an inbound marketing plan
•Anticipate sales performance trends
•Organize and lead the digital marketing team
•Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
•Adhering to the daily meeting targets
