• Develop Institutional Sales
• Corporate tie ups in terms of employee benefits & Corporate gifting orders for different occasions 
•  To ensure Business Achievement of the region and be responsible for P&L 
•  To get new customers through outreach locations and help maintain brand image 
•  To ensure Standard Quality services to all customers and ensure customer Delight and thereby developing Referral customers 
•  Participating in all Tenders with proper documents & Documentation maintenance 
• Timely Delivery for the orders
• Awareness of marketing, and the range of relevant products and materials.
•  Regular visits to Architects,Interior designers,corporate & Builders to Generate Business
•  To ensure end to end customer satisfaction, payment follow up 
•  To maintain portfolio of the company to enhance the regional business.          
• To develop a steady institutional business and database of customers 
• Create key accounts for institutional business 
• Relationship building with the key decision-makers 
• Tracking and participating in tender processes, quotation making etc
