Client Handling.
Management of Client’s daily task
Executive Assistance
preparing reports, presentations
Knowledge of various CRM systems
Should have good communication skills
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing - SEO/AdWords/PPC, etc
Calendar Management, Email Management, Scheduling Meetings, etc.
Should be comfortable for UK Europe shift timings

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in KPO/BPO.
