Job Description

• Day-to-day responsibilities includes campaign setup, bid/budget management, keyword management, audience segmentation/targeting, ad uploads, a/b testing and reporting of KPIs
  • Programs include Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Work closely with the manager on strategy, budgets and building out a test and learn opportunities
• Collaborate on measurement, analysis and reporting framework for direct response marketing initiatives and share outs
• Develop clear benchmarks and goals for all channels
• Evangelize a "test & learn" mindset amongst our agency partners and internal team
• Budget tracking, invoicing, coding and accrual reporting on a monthly basis
• Analytical skills include the ability to use Excel / Google Sheets to pull raw data, build reports and develop analysis and insights
• Help execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid channels
• Continuously optimize channels with on-going testing of ad copy, creative, targeting strategies and bidding strategies
• Ongoing analysis of channels and industry trends to identify opportunities to drive growth and improve return

YOU:

• Have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, managing digital campaigns to acquire & engage users throughout the consumer funnel to include (search engine marketing experience, social marketing, and display)
• Possess strong project management skills and experience with web analytics and attribution tools
• Have a proven track record of developing and implementing rigorous test and control programs along with a high level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Have exceptional analytical skills and are a creative problem solver – able to organize and interpret data to find insights and make recommendations
• Have a strong understanding of consumer's online behavior, trends, and market analysis
