Maintain information security as per the guidelines of the company
Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASPs to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA s towards Road Side Assistance
Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies.
Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure
Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon
*Candidate should have his own Computer or Laptop, Internet connectivity & Headset or earphones.
