Senior Executive-sales & Marketing

Job Description

1. Knowledge of Seed Processing equipment like Seed Graders, Pre-cleaners, Conveyors, Elevators, Indent Cylinders  etc.

2. Vast and Extensive knowledge related to agriculture equipment's.

3. Creation and Definition of mid and Long term growth plans

4. Business development in the identified and focus areas

5. Develop marketing strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenues

6. Key Account and Distribution Strategy Support to Sales team

7. Specific business development activities through the marketing and Application Engg team

8. Primary focus on Business Development, Share of Business, pricing policies and demand forecasting.

9. Defining and implementing strategies for market penetration by identifying and influencing prospective clients & explore marketing budgets.

10. Forecasting & planning through proper market knowledge

11. Discussion with customers on Flow sheets, Installation drawing, foundation details

12. Discussion with customers on commercial term & conditions.

13. Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve the pre-set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.

14. Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situation for the current business year.

15. Revenue Target achievement

16. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

17. Managing sales functions for enhancing market share of products & services.

18. Coordinating between Customer and various departments of the organization to cater to customer complaints/ query and Process.


Required Candidate profile:

1. Fluency in English as well as excellent written and oral communication skills is essential for this position.
2. Strong argumentation skills, persuasiveness and out-of-the-box thinking as well as the preference to work in a team environment are needed for an effective performance.
3. Having an entrepreneurial nature would be highly desirable along with a strong personal drive to succeed.
4. Client management / relationship building.


Preferred Age : 25 to 32 years

Education + Experience

Experience Required: 3-5 years
