DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First thing of an auditor is to understand the whole activity which needs to be performed. He must Understand All procedures of the activity.

• Important things he will have to keep with him all the time are Route plan sheet of outlets given to him to audit, permission letters if any, ID Card if any, Phone fully charged, and device fully charged before he leaves for audit.

• He must call TL one day prior to go on field and update same with Supervisor and regional manager.

• Leave on time for audit to his given outlets as per scheduled.

• Put his attendance in App before 10:00 AM and update schedule of day in app

• Take selfie and post on group which will ensure that he is on field and time he left for field.

• Update schedule on group with details of location and route he will be covering that day.

• His target will be of 16 to 18 outlets to be covered per day.

• After capturing pictures, he will capture count of stocks whatever is being captured in app and also answer questions asked in app to fill in for the store being audited.

AGE: 21 TO 30

MUST HAVE TWO-WHEELER AND A SMART PHONE.
