Business Development Manager (IT Industry)

Job Description

  • Sales of IT company product and services.
  • Lead generation through various methods.
  • Domain experts with Web/Mobile app development sales skills, Website development sales skills, Software sales skill, or any other IT product sales will also be considered
  • Closing deals and contracts with national & international clients in the US, UK, and overseas market - Developing lead generation strategies and taking web leads to closure.
  • Responsible for Sales and revenue targets
  • Generating leads, negotiating with prospects, and closure of the deal. - Increasing the volume of business from the existing client(s) by pitching on a new set of services at different time
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven working experience as a business development/sales for an IT Company
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Dedicated to constant follow-ups.

Experience: 1 - 6 years in core IT Industry Sales

Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
