Job Description

Applications Specialists (AS) serve as product experts to provide applications

and technical support for all Molbio product applications to support sales

growth. AS ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty to

Molbio products as the primary contact for system applications, technical

support, troubleshooting of instruments, reagents and software issues. AS

also manage the complaint handling process to ensure the timely, accurate

resolution of customer complaints, which often involves working closely with

other groups, such as Post Market Surveillance, Regulatory, R&D,

Manufacturing, Engineering, Systems Integration, Legal, Service, and

Instrument Production.

Responsibility:

Contributing to the activity of the Product and Application Support,cooperate with the customers and with distributors as well as salesrepresentatives.

Sharing technical expertise to achieve Business goals.

Handling the troubleshooting activities at zonal level with first hand /second hand troubleshooting problems.

Carrying out demos and workshops at customer and institutional levelsto increase the awareness regarding the product applications.

Formulating and implementing application strategies devised bymarketing department and monitoring the performance of products infield & carrying out post market survey of the products.

Have to travel whenever required for the company to solve the marketissues by gathering the relevant data.

Training of customers and sales colleagues in the Zone and impartingthe technical knowledge to them.

Conducting certain training /refreshing training sessions for existing staff.

To prepare weekly / Monthly reports / Incident reports / Customer mapping and report it to the HO for further actions.
