Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-  

• Follow the Execution till Handover of the Project - To follow the Execution/working plan, Quality Checklist, Critical stages list, Safety measures List, Maintain List of Records at Site and written instructions on procedures to be followed to Contractor; To Coordinate for the Material requirement in advance with Project Head; Coordinate with Project Head to ensure the Quality Safety and Profitability of the Project.
• Oversee Construction Team - To oversee construction workers, contractors. To ensure that they all contribute to the projects while performing their duties and meeting the demands of each project.
• Quality Check - To evaluate the Quality of Civil Work & Materials purchased (in civil scope) to ensure that it meets all specifications. To ensure that all safety and regulatory issues have been addressed and resolved.
• Vendor Management - To continuously look for competent vendors/contractors for optimum Cost and Best Quality Product / Service, bringing them on Company Suppliers List and to ensure they live up to their commitments.
