Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Job Title : Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Experience : 1-2 years
Location : Chennai, India
Employment Type : Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities: ● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat ● Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems ● Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services ● Opens customer accounts by recording account information ● Maintains customer records by updating account information ● Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) ● Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers ● Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance ● Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members ● Inform customers about new features and functionalities ● Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved ● Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams ● Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features ● Escalate the customer issues to appropriate people when required

Education/Experience

  • UG/PG Degree is required
