Job Description

Graphic Designing:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create graphics in a very technical environment
Maintain brand standards and style
Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
Maintain and improve web graphics
Manage execution of materials at vendors
Review and execute SEO/SEM strategies
Manage AdWords campaigns
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Support Marketing/Digital Marketing Managers in various marketing projects
Conduct market research; Update and analyse data
Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool
Plan strategies to reach a particular audience
Determine the message the design should portray
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
Select colours, images, text style, and layout
Present the design to the director
Incorporate changes recommended by digital marketing team into the final design
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Education/Experience

Qualification & Experience:

Three to Five years of graphic designing experience, preferably in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Designing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimizing AdWords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Exceptional written communication
Experience in proof reading
Ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
Demonstrated initiative
Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
multi-tasking, and ability to deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
Experience in working in high technology industry is a plus
