You will come with...

• Good technical knowledge of Databases, and SQL.
• Ability to understand software application issues and analyse the probable cause
• Great collaboration skills to become a bridge between the Customer and the Development team to ensure that Customer issues are resolved in shortest possible time.
• The ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention; maintains poise and professionalism even with very difficult and demanding customer.

Candidate Profile:

Required Candidate profile:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Technical Support Role
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft-SQL.
