1. Expert proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS and front-end languages.

2. Overall 3+ years of experience as frontend developer using any modern frameworks.

3. Previous experience working as a React.js or React Native Developer (3+ years).

4. Knowledge of React ecosystem including React.js, Webpack, The enzyme, Redux, etc.

5. Typescript is a big plus, but not required.

6. Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or Django would be beneficial, but NOT required.

7. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.

8. Startup experience strongly desired.

9. You learn quickly, youre adaptable and versatile.

10. SaaS/Internet company background: web-based, hosted on Heroku or AWS.

11. Experience in an Agile and Scrum environment.
