We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with an expert level of knowledge in the Salesforce development platform. Salesforce Developer on our Business Applications team who will help us build world-class applications to improve productivity of the business processes for sales, service and support operations. You will partner with other engineers, business analysts, and salesforce administrators - a collaborative mindset is essential! You will perform analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of the Salesforce solution. The Salesforce Developer must be capable of working on extremely complex applications and projects and should have worked in at least two full implementations with Salesforce.

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning features and functionality.
• Having experience in Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, workflow rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Lookup Relationship, Master_detail Relationship.
• Having experience in SFDC Development using Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers,Experience with ERP integration
• Familiar with ETL tools
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
• Work with the BA and PM to understand the business needs and technical design specifications and deliver solutions.
• Understand the out of the box functionality of Sales, Service and Marketing cloud and configure the system and customize only when required.
• Able to customize, configure Salesforce.com using Lightning component, APEX, Visual Force, API, and workflows using the industry best practices.
• Responsible for Salesforce Administration, Deployment and Release management.
• Support integration and data quality activities.
• Actively participate in the SCRUM ceremonies.
• Utilize the data loader or similar tool to load data from other CRM systems.
• Guides and direct the work of other team members who may perform similar or related work.
• Serves as a mentor/developmental advisor and/or training resource while working with implementation partners.
