To handle a team of 4 to 5 Logistics coordinators.
To set SLA for CHA/Freight Forwarder/Transporters.
To receive matters from the operational teams, and to escalate them with the concern Freight Forwarders/Shipping Lines and get time bond resolutions.
To have good analytical skills to make presentation on SLA and performances.
To make MIS.
To handle team members issue, leave planning, allocation of work load etc.
To handle the training and development of team members.
To attend day to day issues of the team and to provide timely solutions to them.
To be well versed with ERP.

Education: Minimum Graduate. A diploma holder would be an added advantage.
