Position: Name: Non IT Recruiter

Location: Jaipur (work from office)

Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST Mon-Fri/(Sat, Sun fixed off)

Job Description:

• Determine and understand client staffing needs
• Sourcing and Screening resumes as per the client needs
• Present the potential candidate profiles with client using VMS tools or office outlook
• Scheduling in-person and phone interviews of the candidates with clients
• Coordinate with back office team to perform reference and background checks
• Coordinate the offer process making recommendations to hiring managers
• Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices while hiring
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process with candidates

Interview Process:

1. Online Test(Interview Mocha).
2. Telephonic Round with the Resource Manager.
3. Final In-person Interview on 18th September.
