Role Description:

• Manage all aspects of project lifecycle
• Understand customer pain points, problem definition, roadmap creation, definition of use cases.
• You will be the point of contact for business units for multiple products.
• You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to accounts, human resources, operations teams, software developers and other team members.
• Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results for the team and broader organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Professional experience in business analysis, program/project management, operations analysis, management consulting or engineering
• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business or related field
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to make improvements in products
• An entrepreneurial and result oriented mindset
• Good command over SQL and MS Excel
• Good to have experience in housing finance, NBFC, banking, loan origination, loan management system, fintech environments
• Good to have experience in iterative software development processes.
