Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

*Working as an Admission Counsellor/ Virtual Agent for the pre-sales team of Amity Online.

* Responsible for calling & counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different distance & online courses offered.

*Counseling through Data Calling, online chat server.

*Handling queries over telephone

*Recording , maintaining and Calling on given leads

Eligibility : 

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive the leads into admissions

* Prior experience in telesales / telecalling is a must
* Capable of shouldering a variety of responsibilities.
* Full of energy, multi-tasking abilities, and result oriented nature and takes initiative.

* Education industry experience will be a plus point.

You would be working on a Commission Basis- per admission

This being a Work from Home Opportunity, has no geographical boundaries and works on PAN India level.
