l To test modifications to Payworlds products to ensure they are fit for purpose, consistent, and compliant with delivery standards and guidelines.

l You will ensure modifications are fully regression testable and delivered on schedule.

l Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, test scenarios and Steps in tools like Jira and writing steps in cucumber.

l Rigorously planning, writing and executing test scripts.

l Perform manual as well as automation regression testing.

l Creation and maintenance of test data, tools and scripts.

l Execute test plans manually and conduct automatic and manual functional and exploratory testing.

l To understand the industry requirements of Payworlds customer base and develop a thorough understanding of how those requirements are met by Payworlds product range.

l To complete testing in line with agreed timeframes and by following the documented business processes using the appropriate test management and automation tools.

l Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate

l To provide product handovers to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

l Continually update skills by learning new technologies relevant to the role.

l Evaluate testing tools.

l Strong knowledge of SQL database is required(Must Have)

l Strong problem solving skill, trouble shooting skill, strong root cause identification skill(Must have)

l Strong knowledge of API testing and integration testing(Must Have)

Nice to have:

l Proven experience in a true agile delivery environment (Scrum, XP, TDD, BDD).

l Coding/scripting skills

l Experience with test automation frameworks with knowledge of Java

l Knowledge of cucumber, selenium and Jmeter etc. Or any other automation tools
