Job Description

  1. Letting the concept of legendary value be the driving force in all my decisions in regard to my customers. I will conduct business each day with the ultimate goal of 100% complete customer satisfaction with any tool available if there are no tools available, I will create them.
  2. Being the best Sales Manager by selling the machines as per the technical requirement of the customers and providing then the legendary customer service.

 

  1. Always making sure to be a great team player in supporting the entire sales team for achieving customer satisfaction, great revenue for the business, and long-term relations with the customer by having audacious goals in line with the company s vision mission.

 

 

  1. Personally, to be persistently on a learning curve in customer relations, sales, and knowledge of machine tooling, so that I will continually improve my performance in sales resulting in financial success not only for myself, and my customers, but for the Company. Continuing to be on the path to Virtuosity is my goal!

 

  1. Becoming thoroughly knowledgeable of all Injection Molding products and knowing where these machines are best suited in the Manufacturing process, so I can identify customers needs they didn t realize they had!

 

  1. Being the best Sales Manager continuing to build and maintain relationships with all of the customers in my territory, as well as being deliberate and conscientious of making new ones. Also continuing faithfulness and friendliness to all of my customers, being the "go to guy" that they will call for all their manufacturing needs.

 

  1. Legendary customer value is given by building trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, innovation, focus on the customer, solve the problems creatively, demonstrate high integrity, and maintain a professional internal and external relationship that meets company core values.

 

  1. Continually learning, understanding the latest in technological processes in machine tool solutions; Developing and maintaining great relationships with all existing and potential suppliers of critical components with respect to technology, quality, pricing and delivery;

Education/Experience

Experience Required: 5 - 10 years in CNC machine tools

Qualification Required: BCOM or above
