Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work directly with recruiters and hiring manager(s) to understand the requirements, functions, and the general hiring roadmap
• Generate targeted, high-calibre, qualified prospects
• Design, develop, and drive research and sourcing strategies to hunt for top talent
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Recommend and improve lead generation by using creative means to build pipes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 1+ years of experience as a results-driven sourcer. Must be a hunter at heart
• Ability to screen resumes to identify fit
• Confident in Boolean Logic with strong capabilities in building X-ray search strings and other Boolean based searches
• Working knowledge of one or more ATS, recruiting tools and technologies
• Exceptional skills in organizing and managing large amounts of data in spreadsheets
• Thrives and produces under rigid deadlines and quotas
• Self-motivated and sufficient in a fast-paced environment, possessing a roll up the sleeves mentality
• Creative, yet structured thinker with the ability to execute to fruition
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt
