Organize and conduct Orientation training for all the new employees joining the organization on Retail Asset products
Identify the training needs of sales team and provide adequate support
Regular Branch Visit to understand the gaps on process and conduct refresher training programs
Training Need Analysis to be conducted on required basis to understand the gaps
Conduct behavior and leadership training to manager and above
Publish the training reports to the stakeholders
Prepare Training calendar
MIS Maintenance
Manage the training content prepared/create/update the presentation modules
Should have a good knowledge on MS Office
Should have the latest knowledge about Retail Industry and involvement of training programs

Experience Required: 6 - 10 years
