Job Shift: US Shift Time (Pickup/Drop Cab facility available)

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work remotely from Home due to COVID-19)

**FLUENCY IN ENGLISH is a must (Written & Verbal Both)

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

• Manage daily interaction with US based clients/Healthcare Providers
• Find resolutions on technical glitches to known or new scenarios. Identify and troubleshoot issues in indexing or queries related to Database, OS, Networking, Java or any other technologies we use in ECW products for its better performance.
• Meet cases resolution SLA"s
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required to get aid in resolving technical issues.
• Remain updated and keep in-depth knowledge with all eCW products and their enhancements
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level

Position Prerequisites:

• Fresher/Experience in tech-support with strong knowledge in below mentioned Tech-skills.
• Willing to work in US/Night-shifts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Telephone etiquette

Tech-Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Proficient with Relational database (MySQL/MSSQL)
• SQL Servers knowledge, Queries/Syntax commands(DDL & DML), Joins and Indexing.
• Basics of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols, etc)
• Knowledge of Java/CoreJava or C++ (OOPs Concepts)
• Knowledge of Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Knowledge of Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc
• Understanding of MVC / 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
• Networking Commands & Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols)
• Knowledge of Tomcat Apache (Preferred)
