Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize meetings and coordinate in-house resources, shareholders and third parties for the seamless execution of projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain day to day activities
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure that all projects delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Use appropriate audit techniques to manage changes to the scope, timing, and costs of the project.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be Engineering Graduate (BE, B.Tech), PG (MCA), MSC Computer science, with 6~8 Years experience in Project Management.

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including focus on detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience on any of the Project management tools are added advantage
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge and experience on SCRUM and Agile practices
• PMP / PRINCE II /SCRUM Master certification is a plus
