Must-Have

• Hyderabad, India based Area location (any other city, must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business or Computing field
• 2+ years experience in Similar product (Oracle Hyperion, SAP, any other ERP applications) or 2 to 3 years of experience in providing customer support to enterprise customer for business applications delivered in the Cloud (SaaS-based)
• Great customer service etiquette on the phone, email, live chat, and in-person
• Great English skills (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, logical thinking
• Computer literate (PC) - Expert level
• Customer relationship Management

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience implementing/troubleshooting enterprise software any finance application.
• Financial background: worked in finance/accounting in the past (preferred, not Mandatory) (FP&A resource who are looking to switch their career to a support industry)
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or MIS
• Post-sales support in SAAS based environment.
• SQL/.Net, Essbase, Oracle Hyperion technical knowledge.
