Roles and Responsibilities

• Effectively taking forward the proposal of bids to existing or prospective clients for various projects
• Engage in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a proposal for opportunities
• Managing all the aspects of pre proposal and post-proposal preparation and delivery, ensuring quality, win Rate/win Ratio, Quality of proposals, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner or not, etc.
• Precisely reviewing all customer requirements to ensure that they met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.
• Organizing and tracking all requests and responses using company databases regularly.
• Swiftly developing and implementing solutions when the potential to lose a customer presents itself.
• Ability to achieve a target of 50,000 USD worth projects quarterly.
• Regularly communicating with customers is crucial, as is notifying them of any project updates or changes.

Desired Candidate profile

• Min 3 years of professional experience as a Bid Manager in IT industry is preferable.
• Communication ,negotiation, Time management and planning skills
• Having productive experience in IT sales.
• Skilled in real time bidding on international platforms like fiverr, OpenX, etc.
• Have worked with bid management software like Quick bid, Procore, RedTeam, etc
• Skilled in proposal management and client relationship
• Good understanding of basic contract language
• Good leadership and management skills
• Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills.
