Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
Providing technical and functional support to client, handling client queries and team management experience.
Must have experience in a technical/customer support role preferably with web application.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Diagnose software issues and engage with our product and development teams.

Education: Graduate in science/ commerce/ business administration, MBA/ PGDM/ B.Tech.
