The Senior .Net Developer is responsible leading technical team in delivering specific

modules of an IT system with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables

are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customers

requirements. He/she is responsible for creating and implementing the most

appropriate design for the system taking into consideration performance,

scalability and availability requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design for extensible and scalable multithreaded solutions, optimizing for resource utilization and performance.
• Contribute to the Software development and architecture team to take the development to the next level
• Help introduce modern standards into the team and act as a technical architect or Lead as per the organization's need.
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Development, Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product
• Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
