1. The full life cycle of the IT staffing business:

2. Understanding requirements, coordinate with the TLs/ Account Manager

3. Ensure interview turnout and quality line ups

4. Proven technical recruiting skills with soundtrack record

5. Strong ability in identify, cold calling, and qualifying candidates

6. Understand client prospects and create a proactive pool

7. Hands-on with active and passive candidate sourcing

8. Salary requirements and negotiation

9. Understanding of strategies to close the varied nature of positions as per Client needs

10. Knowledge of domain and technology-based recruiting

11. Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinate with the Account Manager/ TL

12. Maintain all documentation using the candidate database to track information and hiring metrics

1. Experience in C2H/ Contract Hiring is a Must in Recent assignment

2. Qualification - BE/ B.Sc. in computers or IT || MBA or any degree with good exp in C2H Hiring
