Job Description

Essential Skills :

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience as a Senior Salesforce developer.
• Traits of a seasoned technical professional with 10 or more full lifecycle SalesForce implementations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and requirements.
• Very strong CRM skills for building applications.
• In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing rules, Validation rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Process Builder etc.
• Experience in customization of applications, Tabs, Objects, Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts.
• Strong Salesforce development experience including working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes and web services), Visualforce, Lightning (Aura or LWC), Lightning Design System, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.
• Experience in Dynamic forms and Dynamic actions.
• Able to code review APEX code and any other code written for Salesforce components.
• Integration of Salesforce application with other technologies like .Net/Java.
• Strong in developing Lightning components, Aura framework or LWC & UI designing webpages.
• Advanced knowledge in SFDC database with SOQL & SOSL.
• Experience with the Salesforce APEX data loader, Salesforce web services APIs; Ample exposure to working with third party REST, SOAP, and OAUTH protocol-based services.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Hands-on experience in Continuous Integration in Salesforce.
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
• Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Must have experience in all phases of the Software Development Life cycle.
• Proactive issue resolution with a positive attitude.
• Should be highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment towards work.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
