Reporting directly to the Head of Spearline Labs, our internal R&D team, the Software Engineer will work as part of an experienced cross discipline research & development team on new ideas and future products. They will play a key role in delivering a best in class offering to our clients.

Candidates must be passionate about software development, eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies, and display a keen interest in delivering quality software.

Desired Candidate Profile :

The Candidate:

• 3+ years experience in a Software Engineering role
• Experience with one or more modern languages, Python3, C++, Java etc
• Strong knowledge of web technologies,  including HTTP and RESTful APIs.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Knowledge of SQL or other database technology preferred
• Familiarity with Linux OS and Git would be an advantage

• PHP 7.x  with CakePHP 3.x
