• Report daily, weekly, and monthly
• Assist in policy creation and enforcement
• Assist in employee engagement related activities
• Preparing Market Intelligence report for Niche skills
• Managing the volume and lateral hiring.
• Briefing the candidates on the requirement, the company, roles and responsibility.
• Understanding requirement in terms of job specification and description and Understand technology and technical capabilities & evaluate candidates technical skills
• Sourcing (Naukri/Linkedin/other recruitment portals), screening, identifying suitable candidate, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation.
• Vendor Empanelment, Employee referral Scheme (ERS).
• Assists in the startup and manage the payroll administration for new clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to deliver high standard results quickly.
• Work with virtual teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good with accounting and payroll management
• Manage payroll details and accounting.

• MS-Office

• English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
