Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and execution of automation test scripts
Create process and tools to ensure continuous integration is efficient and identify testing goals
Establish quality assurance standards and best practices for test automation
Develop test strategies in collaboration with QA engineers and developers
Create quality metrics and share best practices to ensure the team is focused on quality
Mitigate risks to the product by conducting risk analysis and assessment.
Mentor the testing team for development and growth
Collaborate with the development and product team to ensure timely integration of testing feedback

Technical Skills:

Excellent knowledge on Automation testing using Selenium and Java (Mandate)
Strong knowledge of EggPlant
Flexible with manual testing
Very good experience in preparing Automation Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Closure report
Good at automation framework design and adopt client automation framework
Knowledge on Functional Integration & System integration testing Regression Testing
Extensive experience in Automation tools like Selenium and EggPlant
Knowledge in TestNG/ Junit
API Automation Testing Knowledge
Good in Core Java
Good knowledge of MySQL / Any database
Friendly with any Test Management and Defect Tracking Tools
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum
Knowledge and working experience with REST API

Specialized Skills:

Experience testing applications deployed in the cloud.
Understanding of database technologies. E.g., MySQL
Scripting language experience. E.g., Java Script
Pharmacy or Healthcare IT industry background working for a US client. (Preferred)
Excellent Leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Great attention to detail, Organizational skills, and an analytical mind.
High Emotional Intelligence for an office environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
