Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Facilitate the team for better creativity and improved efficiency.
• Help the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks and help to remove any obstacles to the team members progress
• Make sure everyone on the team understands the projects goals and scope.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Conduct retrospective meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters or Bachelors in Science or Technology domain
• 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Experience in using Continuous Integration and Delivery tools
• Experience in managing Cross functional scrum teams
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master
• Must be able to manage Sprints, Sprint ceremonies, Retrospective and Client communications
• Must be able to work with Product Owner to plan, prioritize and drive Sprint Goals
• Must have good attitude, servant leadership and excellent communication skills
