We are looking for an excellent problem solver with strong full stack software engineering skills to manage and constantly enhance the 8 different software modules in our power distribution management platform. The candidate will be driving the architecture design of new features and modules, building and managing a team of full stack developers, and architecting and maintaining a high performance and scalable cloud infrastructure that runs our platform. This role will directly work with the CTO.

Education background: B. Tech (CS/IT) or MCA

What You Will Be Doing (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Gathering and converting business requirements from internal and external clients for various software modules of Gram Powers platform
• Designing the architecture of new modules, features and its interconnection with other modules in the platform
• Building modules and features of our platform to operate at scale. We design for 20+ million distributed devices being handled on the platform
• Ensuring modules are built and maintained to be extensible, easily dockerized for on-premise & multi-tenant cloud deployments, and operate in a microservice architecture
• Monitor and maintain uptime of our cloud infra on which critical power infrastructure is managed
• Performance monitoring of all APIs and services to ensure high performance of applications
• Keep a close watch on cloud expenses per device and stick to necessary budgets
• Build and manage a high-performance engineering team
• Maintain strong technical documentation
