Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technology learning initiatives and enabling learners to be Job ready
• Coordination with various teams for Training Need Analysis
• Planning technical training programs according to company requirements for both Freshers
  and experienced resources
• Delivering interactive training sessions using various training methods / techniques
• Curating relevant training content
• Solicit employee feedback throughout the training process
• Determining overall effectiveness of the programs and make improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer in Java / Python
• Must have strong knowledge in Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate) and Python
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• BE/ BTech, preferably with strong curriculum in Computer Sciences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
