Roles and Responsibilities

• Web Development for new projects, maintenance of existing StayinFront and Redi-Data websites and development of web tools and APIs.
• Oversee a team building web software systems and tools. Organize and delegate tasks, mentor and motivate a team of talented Web Developers.
• Responsibilities will include documentation, training and creating supporting literature.
• Leading and managing a project team of junior and senior Web Developers and being responsible for the timely delivery of client project objectives.
• Working directly with the assigned Project Managers to provide software development services and deliverables for web projects.
• Communication of progress and issues to stakeholders. Escalating issues or problems in a timely manner to the Director of Development.
• Proactively contributing to the evolution of the Web Development team at StayinFront.
• Ensuring good StayinFront quality practices and outputs in regard to software development according to the StayinFront Software Implementation Methodology.
• Undertaking quarterly performance reviews and annual performance reviews for direct reports. Performing and setting departmental and individual objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Over 5 years of experience in a web software development environment with over 2 years of web software program management or project management experience.

Must have the following skills and experience:

• Strong coding and developing skills using ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net and JavaScript.
• HTML5, CSS, JQuery
• Web API and JSON
• SQL database skills, particularly with SQL queries.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and implementation.
• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and IS lifecycles.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills are a must.
• Good resource planning and project management skills.
