Job Description Summary

To lead and deliver an excellent and world-class IT application support services to Maxim users across the globe (24 x 7) remotely. To establish a level 1 and 2 application support model managed through a set of standard operating procedures, metrics. A unflinching focus on continuous improvements and delighting IT users world-wide with a prompt response and resolution aided by tools like root cause analysis

Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 10 to 15 years of Application Support delivery and management experience in a global multi-national company
  • Proven experience in managing a 24x7 SLA-driven application support team; with a experience in managing the full cycle of incidents
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members
  • Experience in at least one ticket management tool like Jira, Service Now, ZenDesk, B
