Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Management function.
• Be able to draft and implement policies.
• Be point of contact for HR related issues and assist management when required.
• Midyear reviews, salary and compensation reviews and performance reviews.
• Talent succession planning.
• Cost containment strategies.
• Organisational development planning.
• Manage our talent recruitment and on boarding programs
• Manage work placement programs
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with general HR administration and projects
• Respond to queries from staff members and management regarding the company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
• Be responsible for performing the HR and administrative responsibilities to support the Company by:-
• -Supporting the Recruitment & Induction process.
• -Employee Performance Counsel/Management.
• -Creating and maintaining employee files.
• -In take telephone calls from employees and stakeholders.
• -Complete general ad hoc tasks and etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You should have 5 + Year experience in a Human Resources role.
• Should have hands on Recruitment Experience End - To - End IT Recruitment.
• Good if having knowledge about market,Work independently
• The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software uses experience.
• Current working knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Understanding of the software development industry or a service related environment an advantage.
• An excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
• Strong time management skills.
• Long Term contract with the company required.
