Job Description:-

Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. Social recruiting and Boolean searches)
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring team on better-interviewing techniques
Coordinate with department managers and partners to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
Ensure organized and well-maintained pe

Experience: 6-10 yrs

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
