Job Description

Inventory management, up to date records all IT devices (Network, User-End systems, Server, Peripheral devices, Accessories used for IT)
User’s system - Desktop / Laptops OS / SW installation
Dataline management (WAN/ISPs), ensure always up, ensure tickets are logged and resolved by ISP if any
Network Management, ISP Routers, WAN Router, Network Switch, LAN, Cabling, ensure users are connected to LAN and Internet
Records update Inventory wise Employee, keep track and document
Routine troubleshooting of users error / issues
Remote Access (Any desk, Google Remote Desktop, VPN)
Windows Updates in off hours.
Backup of users data while switching system between users and restore
Create User IDs (Azure and Email)
Setup and configure User IDs for users system setup.
Budgeting / Ordering / Payment of IT infrastructure / services
IT infrastructure future plan / expansion
Co-ordinate with IT Vendors
Support to HR
Support to Management
Vigilance / Compliance / Third Eyed view for User behaviour / System wise User productivity
