Roles and Responsibilities

1. Continuously evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, manage expectations as needed.
2. Be accountable for project results with Clients and team.
3. This position will have primary focus on planning, execution and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives.
4. 7-10 years' experience in Project Management.
5. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Microsoft Project (or equivalent Project Management software).
6. Are you able to manage and lead people to complete projects and accomplish company goals?
7. Ensure that Functional documents / Requirement document / Version control are maintained and Quality checks performed.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good understanding of XBOX, Gaming applications and development, UNITY 3D, Testing, AI, HTML 5, IOS and ANDROID, APK.
2. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel; MS Project experience highly recommended.
3. Expert high-impact communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to manage night shifts up to 10-20%.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
