Key job responsibilities:

  • Ticket Monitoring
  • Liaising with stake holders
  • Agent Monitoring
  • Error log monitoring
  • Making sure systems are stable
  • Troubleshooting and find the issue 
  • Basic SQL / database opertions

Required skills & experience:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in client service, ticketing, support department.
  • SQL, .NET programming skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, MBA in IT.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheet
  • Report preparation from the raw data.
  • English communication
