You will be assisting our retail, resellers, and enterprise customer with any aspects of SSL certificate orders on our available support channels like Ticket, Phone and on chat. We will prepare you on all needed SSL certificates knowledge with our internal training program.

Next to assisting our customers in the process of completing their certificate orders, you will also be tasked with installing certificates on a customer environment through the paid service we offer to our customers.


We are currently looking for?

We are looking for a flexible and experienced customer support agent for our India office, who can help us out with our day-to-day incoming support request on SSL Certificates.

Somebody who is knowledgeable with working with various webservers like Apache, Tomcat, IIS. on Microsoft and Opensource operating systems, like Ubuntu and CentOS.

Has a basic understanding of SSL and experience working with remote desktop software.

And off course is a team player who enjoys working in an international team.


What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelors degree and throughout English Medium

- Good writing and reading skills, and able to communicate on a professional level in the
English language.

  • A positive and helping attitude, ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Technical Support Knowledge
  • Windows and Linux Server Administrator knowledge
  • Experience with various webservers
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively

Nice to have

  • Experience in high volume Chat and Ticketing environments.
  • Any other language would be an added advantage
  • SSL certificate lifecycle, PKI knowledge.

Key Responsibility:

  • Provide Help Desk support as needed via live chat, email/tickets, and phone.
  • Assist, perform and manage SSL installation for customers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
