Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer
to join our team! As a Team Lead for Dynamics 365 Projects. You will be responsible for the
implementation, configuration, Customization and maintenance related projects on Dynamics 365 BC
and NAV.

Position: Dynamic 365 NAV/BC Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years

Education and Certifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer Science, or B.Tech
2. 2+ years working with MS Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 BC, end to end project management and
delivery management.

Technology and Skill;
1.Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 BC Installations and configurations.
2.Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 BC Application customization and Custom solution designing and
development.
3. Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 BC Coding, Debugging, Unit Testing.
4. Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 BC Web service development Inbound & Outbound.
5.Deep understanding of entire MS Dynamics Family
6. Experience on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be a great plus 2

Language:
1. C/AL & AL
2. SQL Scripting and Reporting query writing

Key Capabilities:
1. Expert knowledge and understanding of Program/Project Management and Software
Development approaches (Design solution, setup & configure, test & train, document &
communicate, deploy & troubleshoot)
2. Good communication, collaboration and interactive team management skills
3. Functional knowledge and understanding in one or more core functional modules of NAV/BC
(Finance, Trade, Operations)
4. Problem Solver: resolves issues and mitigates risk to avoid project blockers and escalations
5. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate
6. Experienced in data migration and training delivery

The Roles and responsibilities:
1. To understand the requirement and help the Project manager or Delivery manager in
creating the commercial proposals/client proposals by gauging the customization efforts
required. If required, involve in presales for technical requirement understanding and
feedback.
