Job Description of Nokia Integration Engineer

Responsible for RAN policies, RF measurements and Perform L1 troubleshooting and perform fault restoration on site

Location: Koramangala.

Responsibilities:

ï‚· Strong focus on providing solutions and engineering best practices to the local market and external engineering organizations.
ï‚· Responsible for a variety of activities related to field testing, and provide recommendations for new Software and Hardware RAN components for UMTS and LTE systems.
ï‚· Responsible for remote network integration and managing network acceptance and changes to the network with low impact on service quality.
ï‚· Generate acceptance reports as per customer standards and perform the task with minimal disruption to customer service.
ï‚· Responsible for the development of network deployment strategies and product roadmaps and ability to work in a cross-organizational team environment.
ï‚· Remains current with industry trends and technologies.
ï‚· Monitors network performance during field testing and provides recommendations for improvements.

Essential Qualification and Skills: 

ï‚· Master or Bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication with aggregate 70% or equivalent required.
ï‚· An experience of 1-2 years in the related field is required
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions: Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to work in night shift and irregular shifts if needed.

Remuneration: As per Industry standards.

CTC: 25-30%.

Notice Period: 30 Days or Less.  


Candidates should be ready to work for the complete night shift & night shift allowances will be provided.

1st & 2nd Round: Google Meet(Technical Round).
