Skills Required:

Little or no assistance required to create web applications from start to finish.
PHP: 3+ years, 2+ years experience in any MVC framework. (We love Laravel)
Some experience designing Rest Apis.
2+ years working with Relational database such as MySQL or similar.
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as GIT.
2+ years experience in JavaScript. (Bonus points if hands-on experience in Angular or similar libraries)
Mobile-first or responsive designs using a modern CSS framework like bootstrap.
Experience working in an Agile team.
On-site client interaction experience would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design web development solutions by analyzing project requirements.
Flexible working with backend, frontend, or any other end.
Able to manage a small team, willing to serve as a mentor to less experienced developers.
Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes and provide comments on design aspects.
Daily Scrum meetings on-site.
Perform other duties as necessary.
