We are looking for SMART Techies who have real-time Business Analyst experience in healthcare domain side to join the award-winning team. Seeking highly talented, motivated, and driven individuals with a genuine passion for the same role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidates should possess strong technical capabilities in Business Analysis and other open-source Technology. .
• Proficiency to handle complex and quality demanding jobs.
• Ability to work with multiple teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze Technical requirements for the project requirements and do the necessary R&D.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with US healthcare organizations.
• Relevant Experience: 4 years
• Deep understanding of healthcare datasets (any or combination of Provider, Payer or Medicare/Medicaid claims data)
• Experience in clinical performance measures including Healthcare Effectiveness Data and
• Information Set (HEDIS), eCQM, and various healthcare quality programs such as ACO, MIPS, OCM etc.
• Facilitate the design and development of product features.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the development of user guides, release notes, and marketing and training materials
• Set clear expectations and deliver designs, requirements, and user stories on- time
• Provide timely clarifications to technical teams on healthcare domain related topics
• Experience with EMR/EHR or Population Health Management modules is highly desired
• Knowledge of any BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• Exposure to at least one programming language (Knowledge of SQL would be a plus)
