Location: Pune/Mumbai, India

Position Summary: Full-time role

Experience:

3-8 years experience Developing Software with the exposure to manage the Product and/or Application Support

Must have Technical Skills:

Responsibilities:

Review and investigate issues raised by client and provide accurate guidance
Reproduce client environment data, configuration and setup in order to investigate possible issues
Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems.
Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer case reviews, providing comments and suggestions.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers
Expected to work in 24*7 environment (Roster - rotational basis). Flexible to work on support shifts.

Required Experience:

The strong analytical knowledge of logs.
Hands-on in code debugging using logs hierarchy.
Knowledge in Application Server ( WebSphere)
Basic PL/SQL knowledge
Knowledge in Oracle health checks report analysis like AWR.
Technical development/debugging and diagnosis skills (e.g. coding, scripting, etc.)
Customers facing exposure in providing Production Support and resolving issues.
Good communication skills
Proactive and Team Oriented approach
SVN, Jira knowledge
Has prior experience of providing L3 support for products managed 24*7 with L1, L2, L3 Support Roster model
Good to have corporate banking domain knowledge.
